Then, for candidates you want to learn more about, we conduct an AI-powered interview that assesses work style, motivations, and cultural fit. Each candidate receives a clear score showing how well they match your role. We don't use black-box algorithms or keyword matching.

What is the AI interview and how long does it take? +

Our AI interview is an adaptive conversation that explores a candidate's experience, skills work preferences, goals, and motivations. It's not a rigid questionnaire, but rather the AI asks follow-up questions based on responses. Candidates typically complete it in 10-15 minutes, and you decide who gets invited based on their initial CV score.

What types of roles does HireGlide work best for? +

We currently specialize in early-career to mid-level roles across tech, design, and product. Our network is strongest in university and recent graduate talent, though our screening works for any role where cultural fit and growth potential matter as much as credentials.

Where do your network candidates come from? +

We recruit talent directly through university partnerships and targeted outreach. Candidates in our network have already completed our assessment and explicitly opted in to be matched with relevant roles. When you post a position, we'll surface pre-assessed candidates who fit your requirements but didn't directly apply.

Do I need to integrate with my ATS? +

No integration required to get started. Simply export your candidates as a CSV (name, email, CV link) and upload them to HireGlide. We'll handle the rest. For teams using Ashby who want automated syncing, we offer API integration as an optional add-on.

How quickly will I see results? +

CV screening happens almost immediately. The AI interview invitations go out to candidates as soon as you select them and confirm, and most complete it within 2-3 days. You'll see results in real-time as candidates finish their assessments.
